How can you improve your lifestyle?

1. Sleeping is part of the job

I like to think that way because I am a person who has trouble sleeping. For that reason I try to be disciplined when respecting my hours of sleep. Before going to sleep, I try not to spend time on social networks, videogames, series or movies. Instead I prefer to read a physical book (at the moment I am reading a chronological Bible), listen to relaxing music and play the guitar (I am learning). I recommend listening to this song before sleeping.

2. Move every day

According to WHO recommendations, adults between the ages of 18 and 64 should dedicate at least 150 minutes per week to the practice of moderate intensity aerobic physical activity, or 75 minutes of vigorous aerobic physical activity each week, or an equivalent combination of activities moderate and vigorous.

It should be noted that these recommendations are specific to people with a normal BMI. If you are overweigth, have diabetes, hypertension or some other underlying disease then you should follow other recommendations.

3. You are what you eat

In my opinion, it is very difficult for most people to follow a strict diet. My recommendation is to approach a proffesional such as nutritionist who can give us a diagnosis and a personalized diet that will serve as a guide.
